Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly & motivated individual that will assist in the administrative and front desk role at a local CPA firm. Our ideal candidate will possess great communication skills, organization, time management, critical thinking and is a team player. Must know Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Greeting and Assisting clients
Supporting Accounts Receivables and Leading Collections calls/communication
Scanning and uploading client documents
Managing day to day office administrative duties such as answering the phone, ordering supplies, making bank
deposits, etc.
This is a 32 hour/week position off-season and 40 hours/week during the main tax season January-April.
