Midsize Santa Rosa law firm has a full-time opening for a receptionist/office admin. Qualified candidate must have background experience with multi-line phones and possess strong computer skills. The best candidate will be mature, friendly, professional with a good sense of discretion and excellent communication skills. Law firm experience preferred.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet all visitors

Answer calls on multi-line phone system

Open, scan and distribute all mail

Maintain email spam filters

Assist with billing – running reports and editing

Maintain monthly/yearly attorney time spreadsheet

Maintain clean/orderly kitchen

Stock kitchens and supply rooms

Report equipment and building maintenance issues

Maintain office supply inventory and order as necessary

Conference rooms – Schedule, provide refreshments, set-up and clean-up

Assist in planning firm events

Various admin duties, including occasional errands

Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel, TABS and NetDocs, a plus
