Description:

Are you a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for selling? We are seeking talented and ambitious Remote Sales Representatives to join our fast-growing sales team. This position is ideal for someone who is a dynamic individual with a strong background in eCommerce sales, has a proven track record of achieving targeted goals and money-motivated to achieve desired goals. As a Remote Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy, expanding our customer base, and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including email, social media, and phone to join our exclusive marketplace platform

Build and maintain strong lasting relationships with clients

Proactively and effectively communicate product features and benefits, as well as promotional information.

Provide timely, relevant follow-up to address client inquiries and resolve issues.

Collaborate with the administrative, marketing and customer support teams to align sales efforts with company goals

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions

Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism, salesmanship, teamwork, organization and customer service

Qualifications:

Minimum of (1-2) years of Sales experience, preferably in the e-Commerce sector.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field is preferred but not required.

Ability to meet or exceed targeted sales goals in a remote work environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients to ensure repeat business.

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong negotiation and closing skills with a drive to succeed and achieve results.

Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and evolving ecommerce industry.

Ability to independently resolve issues and provide solutions.

Ability to accurately handle correspondence, scheduling, and documentation.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software and other sales tools to be able to navigate quickly on a computer.

Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work.

Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs.

Salary & What We Offer:

Commission based (Uncapped bonuses and commissions)

Average first year income range up to $40,000 to $110,000/year
