Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive store performance, meet or exceed sales targets, and maximize revenue opportunities.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, offering personalized service and ensuring an exceptional luxury shopping experience.

- Visual Merchandising: Oversee visual merchandising standards, ensuring that store displays reflect brand guidelines and appeal to the luxury market.

- Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging luxury retail trends to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:
