About You:

We are seeking an entry level, dynamic, results-oriented Sales Professional to join our team. This role is just starting up, and is crucial in establishing the business, building a client base, and driving growth. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with referral sources, and promoting our services to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

While sales experience is a plus, there is no formal experience necessary. Paid training is available for the right candidate, interested in sales and the ability to make a difference in the lives of others. Compensation:

The Sales Representative is compensated as a consultant at $15.00 per hour to start, plus commission, and a monthly gas allowance. Hourly rate increases are built into pay structure, based on performance.

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop relationships with referral sources to include families, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physician offices, and other healthcare professionals.

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

Present and promote our services to potential clients, their families, and applicable industry professionals, emphasizing the benefits of our non-medical home care solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions for clients from initial inquiry to service delivery.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including prospecting efforts, meetings, and outcomes.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

Personable, Professional & Dynamic

Quick learner, open to training and willing to follow the process

A sales mindset with an understanding of sales techniques is preferred.

Effective time management skills

Familiarity with the healthcare industry and/or home care services is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and referral sources.

Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and achieve results.

Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a passion for helping others.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
