Responsibilities and Duties
Duties include:
Travel to several work sites throughout the Denver-Metro area and occasionally out-of-area/out-of-state support.
Participate in Move, Add, Change (MAC) support for multiple data center work sites.
Install, Terminate, and Test various network cabling both, Inside Plant and Outside Plant, Copper/Coax/Fiber.
Basic Hardware installation and support, including internal component upgrades, servers, workstations, and peripherals.
Work as part of team to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Troubleshooting and Break/Fix.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED, some college preferred.
Able to Take Instructions and Work Well With Others
Dependable and Accountable
Honest and Hardworking
Clean driving record
