Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Office Assistant with at least 1 year of experience to handle the day-to-day activities of our office. The ideal candidate is open to learning about eCommerce, has excellent customer service skills, and is preferably bilingual.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
-Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service in a timely manner.
-Learn and support eCommerce operations on platforms such as Amazon and Walmart.
-Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
-Assist in organizing office events and meetings.
-Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning documents.
-Support the team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Office Assistant or in a related administrative role.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Willingness to learn about eCommerce platforms such as Amazon and Walmart.
Bilingual (preferred but not required).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
