Job Description: Superintendent Roofing Project Manager
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Superintendent Roofing Project Manager to join our team. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of roofing systems, and proven project management abilities. The Superintendent Roofing Project Manager will oversee all phases of roofing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Management:
Oversee all phases of roofing projects from inception to completion.
Ensure that all projects adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Leadership and Supervision:
Lead and manage on-site roofing teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Provide training, support, and guidance to team members to promote professional growth and development.
Capture pictures of performed work when visiting and inspecting each jobsite, and operating a drone to capture aerial images as well
Client Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for clients and office, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Communicate project updates, timelines, and milestones to clients and stakeholders regularly.
Resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the project promptly and effectively.
Quality Control and Safety:
Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company safety policies.
Conduct safety meetings and training sessions to promote a safe working environment.
Budget and Cost Management:
Monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and materials.
Approve project expenditures and manage procurement of necessary materials and equipment.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and inspection reports.
Provide regular project status reports to senior management.
Ensure all project documentation is complete and properly archived upon project completion.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in roofing project management or a related supervisory role.
Proven track record of managing multiple roofing projects simultaneously. Knowledge of the ins and outs of roofing trade. Flats, Shingles, Tiles ect.
Jobsite Travel Required
Must be bilingual (Spanish & English)

Strong knowledge of various roofing systems and installation techniques.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in project management software (eg. Acculynx & IRoofing, Company Cam).
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment
Ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights.
Flexibility to travel to different project sites as required.
Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment.
