Chef Richard Blais takes advantage of California’s incredible bounty of produce and ingredients while adding a touch of global influence to otherwise classic British dishes, creating a craveable blend of flavors on each plate. Open for lunch, dinner, afternoon tea and brunch, there is plenty of stoke and charm in each meal combining Chef Blais' sense of whimsy and expertly sourced ingredients with scratch-made cocktails and a curated wine list. California English is hiring for a senior management role to support the GM in executing high-quality service on the floor, and ensure that level of service is displayed throughout our events as well.
