Our non-profit horse ranch is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Full-Time Ranch Worker to join our team. Located in the beautiful surroundings of Black Mountain Rd near Mercy Rd, our facility offers a unique opportunity to work with nature and a community that cares.

What We Offer:

Compensation: $20 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday

7 AM - 4 PM

(NO cash payments - Taxes are withheld to ensure compliance.)

Key Responsibilities:

Horse Care - Feed horses twice a day, ensuring they receive the best care possible.

Stall Management - Muck horse stalls and maintain a clean, safe environment for our horses.

Manure Handling - Haul and dump manure to keep our facilities in top shape.

Gardening and Property Cleanup - Gardening tasks and general property maintenance to keep our ranch looking its best.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.

Requires walking, pushing, bending, twisting, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Skills and Requirements:

Must be comfortable working outdoors in ALL weather conditions.

Spanish speakers are welcomed, but a basic understanding of English is necessary.
