Grounds/Building Maintenance

Looking for a self motivated individual to maintain exterior cleaning of office and several apartment complexes in Hilo, along with yard maintenance (blowing, driveway, sweeping stairway, wipe down railings, cleaning laundry room, lining trash bins, yard maintenance, etc.) Must have a drivers license and vehicle. Also needs to have great time management skills and reliable. Part time 18-20 hours.
