Landscaper/Grounds Maintenance (Part time or Full time)

Competitive wages.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

Maintain, repair, and transport tools, equipment, and structures such as buildings, fences, and benches.

Maintain lawns, hedges, trees, pathways, and flower beds.

Work with crew members on assigned tasks on a daily basis.

Assist with any maintenance projects.

Control weed growth and insects using repellents and insecticides.

Assist in maintaining water sprinklers.

Clean debris from walkways.

Ensure a safe and clean environment for guests and co-workers.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old.

Must adhere to work schedules and maintain regular attendance.

Must be able to work unsupervised.

Must be able to stand for an extended period of time.

Must be able to work in an environment that can be at times high paced and stressful.

Must be able to work in all types of inclement weather conditions.

Must have the ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds.

physical activities include bending, stooping, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking, and/or reaching on a frequent basis.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must be proficient in English language.
