Janitorial Worker (CZ)

Full-time Janitorial Workers needed for Kahala Towers AOAO. Starting pay is $18.00/hr.

Janitorial Workers must possess the follow abilities:

1. Must be personable, team-oriented, and possess a positive attitude.

2. Must be able to clean building’s common areas such as but not limited to sweeping, mopping, wiping down handrails, polishing, replacing/transferring trash bags, dusting, and vacuuming.

3. Must know how to properly use safety and personal protective equipment (PPE)

4. Must have security consciousness of work areas, equipment, personnel, materials, supplies, etc.

5. Ability to maintain self-direction and quality control and work well with other personnel.

6. Continuous upkeep of personal hygiene in the workplace.

7. Ability to solve problems, follow proper protocol and instructions.

8. Have a positive attitude to work and good time management.

9. Being highly observant and have the ability to meet deadlines.

10. Able to prioritize tasks.

11. Have good human relations, customer service, and people skills.

12. Must have consistent attendance.
