Janitorial Cleaner/Worker needed

Aloha! We are a locally owned and operated property maintenance & landscaping company looking for an experienced Maintenance/Cleaner. Our perfect candidate is punctual and reliable, experienced with various equipment and tools, and has a strong ability to pay attention to detail. We currently have 1 Part-time position with ability to move to Full-Time based on performance.

Responsibilities:

- General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.

- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.

- Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.

- Perform minor repairs when applicable.

- Collect and dispose of trash/greenery.

- Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.

- Keep cleaning supplies in stock.

- Prune and trim landscape

- Applying fertilizer and pesticides as needed

Requirements and skills:

- Proven work experience as a Janitor, Landscaper or similar role

- Strong knowledge of basic cleaning and yard equipment and chemicals

- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to oversee several projects at a time

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification

- Must have a reliable form of transportation

- Ability to manage your time efficiently.

- Work well when supervisors are not present.

- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.

- Handle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning, and other janitorial work

Location: Honolulu

Schedule: Part-time, Day time. Anytime M-F (weekend availability a plus). Flexible hours.

Pay: starting at $18/hr
