We are looking to hire an Office Administrator to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Prepare Proposals, and Service billing

Dispatch Field Service personnel, manage scheduling

Construction / Permitting experience required.

Quote, order materials, and PO's

Manage attendance, records and information

Provide administrative assistance to management team

Perform other office tasks (answer phones, replenish office supplies, etc.)

Qualifications:

Previous experience in related fields a plus

Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Strong organizational skills

Deadline and detail-oriented

Strong leadership qualities, reliable, non-smoker, communication & interpersonal skills are

imperative (verbal, written, and listening)

Knowledge of QB, Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel

Salary is commensurate with experience. Paid Holidays, Medical, and 401K
