Honeywell is hiring a Sr. Lead, HCE Product Commercial Operations. As a Sr. Lead, HCE Product Commercial Operations here at Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE), you will play a critical role in driving the commercial success of our software products and solutions. You will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute commercial strategies, optimize pricing and packaging, and drive revenue growth. Your strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills will enable you to effectively manage the product commercial operations and ensure alignment with business objectives.You will report directly to our Director of Product Commercial Operations and you’ll work out of our HCE headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia on a hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will impact the organization by driving revenue growth, maximizing profitability, and ensuring the successful commercialization of our software products and solutions.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing and packaging of software products and solutions

Lead the product commercial operations team, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives

Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance commercial processes and effectiveness

YOU MUST HAVE:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in product commercial operations or related field

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Proven track record of driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability

Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams

WE VALUE:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

Experience in the software industry or technology sector

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
