We’re seeking an experienced and motivated individual who is ready to take on the challenge of driving the successful delivery of Colleague Intranet Experience. This person will be an integral part of a team responsible for ensuring. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of functional and technical expertise, as well as a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical partners . You will be collaborating with Business Partners from Communications, HR and Shared Services across all business segments. You will establish deep cross-functional relationships throughout Human Resources to ensure solutions and initiatives are effectively designed and implemented. This position can be located remotely. Primary Responsibilities include:
Collaborates with business and technical partners to develop functional area product strategy and roadmap, including the established list of priorities for Colleague Experience.
Thoroughly understands the needs of the business, evaluates Unily capabilities, and uses this information to determine what features to implement.
Clearly communicates those objectives to Systems and Business partners, along with feedback on product strategy, to team members.
Maintain clear and up to date list of key deliverables and timelines, developing plans to achieve those targets and proactively communicating progress to a variety of stakeholders.
Ensures that the delivered product meets or exceeds the business' needs and business objectives.
Establishes a compelling vision for the product or a general framework for making product decisions. Identify product risks and weaknesses, identifying behavioral or functional trends and actively working to mitigate.
Initial intake for enhancement and project requests and fixes. Anticipate the needs of the business, drawing on experience when providing recommendations.
Key strategic, consultative resource and functional expert for the business. Lead brainstorming and requirements gathering workshops to help solve.
Ensure timely delivery on KTLO and fixes, adhering to department service level agreements with business users.
Partner with HR Tech leadership on escalations and cross-functional impact, serving as primary point of contact on follow up and resolution.
Collaborate with key cross-functional partners to maintain transparency, consistency in delivery, and set expectations.
Continuously monitor and analyze website & customer performance, gathering feedback and data to drive improvements and iterate on product features.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to iterate on design elements and functionality.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 years of experience in a product management, for internal or external web & mobile experiences
An understanding of the HR technology landscape, including cloud computing and mobile technologies
Strong organizational, analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills
The ability to develop and sustain relationships with business partners and stakeholders
Ability to develop new insights; question conventional approaches; encourage new ideas; design and implement new solutions.
A strong customer service orientation
The ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and be able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Education:Bachelor’s Degree RequiredPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$79,200.00 - $174,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
