Responsibilities:

- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

- Follow recipes and presentation specifications

- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances

- Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment at all times

Skills:

- Experience in food handling and meal preparation

- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Knowledge of knife handling and safety procedures

- Familiarity with the food industry, including catering or restaurant experience

Experience with Making Dough and Baking Bread is a Plus.
