Construction Estimator/Project Manager

We are professional, fast-paced Construction Company seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator/Project Manager to add to our team.

- Prepare Project Estimate Scopes Descriptions by CSI Divisions for Bid Solicitations.

- Prepare and submit Proposal on the Scheduled Due Date.

- Decide the best proposal type each customers and their circumstances.

- Prepare ROM for Budgeting Process.

- Develop and Maintain Budgets.

- Know and Use Current Estimating and Bidding Technology to Maximize Estimating Efficiency.

- Insure that Estimating integrates seamlessly with Sales, Project Management and Accounting.

- Improve Estimating/Job Conversion rate Goals.

- Coordinate all estimates from sales, previous customers and competitive ITB's.

- Provide weekly status reports at sales/estimating coordination meeting.

- Provide weekly status reports at department heads meeting.
