DescriptionAmazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced business development and partner manager to join our AWS for SAP team in North America. This influential position requires an individual who can manage and enhance our relationships with SAP's field, driving pipeline building and co-sell strategies that align with AWS priorities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud and SAP ERP with a proven track record in managing field relationships, plus conducting enablement and business development with sellers in the technology industry.Key job responsibilities1/ Develop and execute plans to grow AWS's footprint within SAP, targeting key areas for collaboration and mutual growth.2/ Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with SAP's field, ensuring AWS/SAP alignment and cooperation on accounts and sales initiatives.3/ Coordinate with internal teams, including sales and pre-sales to ensure effective governance of the relationship4/ Plan and manage activities within AWS and with SAP to drive new business opportunities5/ Represent AWS as SAP-related events, conferences, QBRs and more, enhancing the brand's presence and visibility6/ Monitor market trends and competitor activities within SAP landscape to guide strategic decision making7/ Facilitate enablement sessions for SAP8/ Manage regular pipeline and business reporting and success metrics, ensuring clear communication of results and achievements to senior leadership.About the teamWhy AWS?Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the world’s most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform. 6+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
5+ years of professional or military experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
Experience with technology transformation initiatives

The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
