About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Business Services Consultant responsible for workforce delivery activities to join the Chief Technology Office (CTO) Workforce Management team. This team provides workforce management and resource planning in alignment with business goals and the Wells Fargo Technology EPIC strategy that enables CTO teams to recruit, develop, retain, and maximize the potential of their high-performing and diverse talent while achieving financial commitments.In this role, you will:
Develop, drive, and manage the workforce plan and associated headcount activities to ensure supported line of business has the talent needed to reach goals while meeting financial commitments.
Manage recruiting process while ensuring requisitions meet future staffing needs for supported line of business while adhering to established parameters (i.e., location, job level, comp)
Coordinate, track, manage, and provide guidance on operational workforce health.
Serve as the central point of contact for workforce-related needs and questions for supported line of business leadership and managers.
Attract and sustain diverse talent in the workplace through initiatives aimed at creating long-term partnerships that improve retention, career growth, and provide equitable access to development opportunities.
Partner with key stakeholders such as Resource Planning, Talent Acquisition, and Finance as a trusted advisor to the organization to communicate leadership decisions about workforce plans and efficiency targets to ensure alignment.
Lead or participate in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products and services of high-profile business unit clients and contribute to large scale solutions planning related to Technology Business Services
Ensure service quality and cost effectiveness of solutions
Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
Make decisions in complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of managing multiple medium technology development efforts that influence and lead broader work team and drive new initiatives
Collaborate and consult with the technology team and more experienced management within Technology Business Services functional area to resolve Information Technology issues and provide customers with best possible solutions
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of workforce management experience in workforce scheduling, workforce forecasting, and process improvement within a fast pace-paced technology environment
3+ years of data analytics and executive reporting
Desired Qualifications:
Proven track record of executing strategies aligned with business objectives by influencing and engaging across multiple cross functional teams
Highly collaborative (with stakeholders at all levels) with strong influencing skills, creative, resourceful, self-driven and results oriented
Strong executive presentation and relationship building skills. Ability to present a message clearly and succinctly to business leaders, product leaders and very large and executive audiences
Understanding of financial and budgeting practices and how an enterprise would operate in a product centric manner
Strong time management skills including the ability to handle multiple deliverables concurrently
Excellent analytical skills and ability to effectively maintain and process large amounts of data
Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel pivot tables, formulas, vlookups, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Ability and willingness to negotiate internally and externally
Proven ability to maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials and exercise discretion when needed
