Project Administrator with construction contract experience

ROEM Development Corp and ROEM Builders, Inc. are looking for a Project Administrator to join our development and construction teams.

Your duties will consist of but not limited to providing support Development Managers and/or Project Managers in the office daily as well as off site at project locations on an as needed basis. You will be responsible for preparing and tracking of subcontractor/consultant agreements, change orders, purchase orders, RFI’s transmittals and submittals with the distribution of each to the appropriate parties. Obtain and log subcontractor prequalification forms and references.

You will be responsible for tracking documentation in Sage 300/Timberline, Procore and Textura including meeting minutes, budget reports, obtaining and reviewing invoices or other documentation from consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

Skills:

Proven past experience with construction contracts required.

Must be able to work in a busy fast paced environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Attention to detail and problem solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be available to work in the Santa Clara office Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm. This is not a remote position.

Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without any restrictions or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
