Chiropractic Assistant / Receptionist

Align & Shine Chiropractic is seeking a highly skilled Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist to join our wellness and injury-focused team. We value teamwork, professionalism, and creating a supportive environment for both patients and staff. In this role, you will assist our Chiropractic Physician with patient recovery, providing top-tier care to our clients. Our clinic emphasizes collaboration and a positive atmosphere to ensure a warm experience for patients while fostering professional growth for our team members.

Your Responsibilities:

-Scheduling appointments for patients

-Application of physiotherapy modalities

-Assist in verifying insurance benefits and coverage

-Collecting payments and calculating copays

-Data entry, medical charting, and scanning for electronic health records

-Patient interaction, including checking patients in and out

-Office cleaning and organization

-Answering phones as needed

Requirements:

-Minimum of 1-year professional office experience

-Proficient computer skills

-Strong time management and punctuality

-Respect for diverse populations of people

-Patient, caring, and compassionate attitude towards individuals recovering from injuries

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Certified chiropractic assistant in good standing with the OBCE

-Strong communication and customer service skills.

-Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude.

-Great work ethic.

-Bilingual (English +Spanish/Vietnamese/Russian) a plus.

Work Schedule:

- Tuesday through Friday

- Off Saturday, Sunday, & Monday

-Competitive salary: $23-$27/hour (more for massage therapy treatments).
