Position Title: Assistant GM, Front of The House Manager, Supervisor

Position Summary: That Pizza Place, an iconic restaurant in Carlsbad, CA with over 46 years of serving the North County community, is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as an Assistant General Manager, Front of the House Manager, or Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee and guide front of the house employees, ensuring operations run smoothly, and maintain a clean, healthy, and safe environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing strong customer service, managing staff schedules, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and demonstrating effective leadership. Reports To: General Manager

Position Qualifications:

1. At least 3 years of Front of the House experience

2. At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role

3. Reliable transportation

4. Food Handlers card and ServSafe certified

5. Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate strong, effective leadership in a team environment

2. Ensure high level customer service

3. Scheduling front of the house hours

4. Supervise, train, and assist front of the house employees to TPP standards

Other responsibilities:

1. Keeps workstation and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and stocked

2. Perform opening, closing, and side work duties per TPP guidelines

3. Follows and upholds all health codes and sanitation regulations and procedures
