CRM Specialist

Description Our client is looking to add a CRM Specialist well-versed in Sherpa CRM to assist with some upcoming project. The CRM Specialist will:

Develop, implement, and troubleshoot Sherpa CRM integrations within our organization.

Act as a liaison between the IT and sales teams to optimize Sherpa CRM performance and functionality.

Create personalized CRM strategies for specific department needs and ensure maximum effectiveness.

Understand CRM best practices to offer solutions for potential problems and make improvements.

Training staff on CRM use and handling any inconsistencies or issues.

Documenting all CRM processes and maintaining a comprehensive database for reference.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a CRM specialist, specifically with Sherpa CRM.

Proficient in Sherpa CRM software and integration with other business systems.

Strong knowledge of CRM strategies and the ability to structure CRM to satisfy organizational needs.

In-depth knowledge of the Senior Living industry and its specific requirements.

Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.

Proactive and self-motivated to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
