About Us: Lincoln Glen Manor for Seniors is a dedicated residential care facility committed to providing exceptional care and support to our elderly residents. We are looking for a compassionate and responsible driver to join our team and ensure safe and comfortable transportation for our residents.

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and experienced driver to operate our 12-passenger van. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and a friendly demeanor. You will be responsible for transporting residents to medical appointments, social outings, and other activities, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a 12-passenger van to transport residents.

Assist residents with boarding and exiting the vehicle, including those using wheelchairs.

Ensure all passengers are securely seated and follow safety protocols.

Maintain the cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicle.

Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and family members.

Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.

Complete required documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

Valid California Class C Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger (P) endorsement.

Clean driving record.

Experience driving a 12-passenger van or similar vehicle.

Ability to assist residents with mobility needs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Ability to pass a background check and medical examination.
