Growing together.Purpose of Job:Assist with all accounting and billing functions within the department.Primary Responsibilities:

Assist in all program check runs

Create deposit slips for all refunds

Prepare and enter all month-end journal entries and account maintenance and reconciliations for all bank accounts

Support financial close process for month and year end

Create billing invoices and provide customer service support for all Share of Cost clients

Assist in mail pick-up and bank deposits

3+ years of experience in accounting

Proven valid California driver’s license and transportation

Proven attention to detail & quality focused

Demonstrated good Analytical & Comprehensive skills

Demonstrated ability to work effectively under the pressure of strict time constraints and changing priorities

Proven sound decision making skills, problem solving skills, detail oriented and initiative

Proven understanding of MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

College degree or High school diploma or equivalent experience

Experience with IDX systems

California Residents Only: The hourly range for this role is $16.54 to $32.55 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
