Part time Bookkeeper with C.A.M. license

Our small community (under 50 units) is seeking a bookkeeper or junior accountant with a CAM (Community Association Management) license to help the board a few hours per week manage our small, quiet community in Deerfield Beach. Duties included would be: keep track of unit owner incoming payments using accounting software, send out 30 day notices of late assessments, send out annual meeting notices, respond to queries from unit owners, reconcile bank accounts, provide reports to the board at least monthly.
