Kitchen Manager

Looking for an experienced kitchen manager.

Cook/chef with front-of-house management experience may suffice.

Must speak fluent English and Spanish.

Responsibilities will include shift scheduling and supply ordering as well as day-to-day operation of the kitchen.

You will work directly with our general manager as an even partner.

Experience with Salvadorian cuisine and culture is a huge bonus.

We are a world-famous 40-year-old, third-generation Salvadorian restaurant located in Koreatown. We have recently been featured on LA Taco, Kiss FM, and KTLA as one of the best Pupuserias in Los Angeles.

Though our current location at Hoover/7th is physically small, we serve approximately 10,000 guests a month. Our average pupusa sales are around 25,000 units monthly.

We are moving soon at Mariposa/3rd to a 4500 sq foot location 5 minutes away from our current location.

Starting salary $64,480.00 yearly.
