Mels Drive In on the Sunset Strip is looking for a line cook

We are seeking fun, outgoing, and high-energy individuals to join our team as a line cook.

All positions have the potential for overtime and will require a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends or holidays if needed, and USA approved work authorization.

Line Cook- Rate of pay from $22-$24/hr depending on experience.

Night Shift

Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies

Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)

Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

Answer, report and follow instructions

Clean up station and take care of leftover food

Stock inventory appropriately

Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion

Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
