Operations Specialist

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Specialist to join our client’s Dealer Financial Services team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves training in the first two months, followed by high-volume loan index conversion. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Strong data entry and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Prior experience in loan operations or quality assurance is preferred.

Knowledge of Loan IQ, commercial loans, and credit/audit processes is a plus.

Description:

Undergo comprehensive training on loan processes and systems.

Efficiently process high volumes of loans within the system.

Utilize strong data entry (DE) skills to accurately input and update loan information.

Demonstrate strong math skills for loan calculations and analysis.

Navigate and operate multiple computer systems simultaneously.

Apply Microsoft Word and Excel to complete various tasks.
