We are looking for a competent individual to help us with the following tasks for a Hot Tub Company and Service Department:
This person would:
Be the contact for scheduling deliveries and service calls, so they must possess excellent customer service phone skills.
Update managers with precise and concise emails
Create a schedule for technicians and rearrange as necessary when emergencies are called in
This is easily done with our specialized online dispatching software
Collect job information from Service techs, proofread/update descriptions to prepare for billing
Filing
Any other tasks that comes up in course of day to make operation run smoothly
Be a responsible person that we can count on to show up on time every day
The right person will be organized, patient and have a good memory to keep track of all pending items.
Please keep in mind that you must have your phone stored and be on task during your shift.
If you are a quick thinker, can organize a schedule to minimize driving time based on current locations and end of day locations, have GREAT phone etiquette, can remember details and are a responsible person we can depend on to show up every day, please apply!
