Sales Person - Staffing Industry

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in North, Central or South Jersey

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication, relationship building, and customer service.

We will provide the necessary training to the right Candidate if you don't have previous experience in this industry.

Duties

- Conduct sales presentations to potential clients

- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop sales strategies

- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process

- Engage in outside sales activities to generate leads and close deals

- Drive business development efforts to expand the customer base

- Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients

Experience

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a Staffing Industry-related field

- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Prior experience in outside sales is advantageous
