Looking for a constrcution project manager/ Superintendant

Hi,

I am looking for a site superintendent for renovating and building out a 60-unit condo association. 40 units are completely gutted and are being built out entirely including mechanicals. We are doing exterior work as well. We are hiring sub-contractors to do the work but want our own eyes and ears on the project. We expect the project to be 6-8 Months.
