Throughout the day coordinators research and respond to HR Talent Center inquiries and requests in a manner reflecting excellent and timely service. Our coordinators provide value in many ways including efficient organization, effective communication, and accurate documentation. Coordinators will be working with and providing support to candidates, employees, and talent operations within Evolent. Leadership rewards and regularly recognizes employees for performance in an environment that challenges while providing clear direction and support to foster success in the role.
What You’ll Be Doing: Understanding and resolving employee inquiries in multiple areas of HR including new hire onboarding, benefits, HRIS, immigration, compliance and other areas of HR as requested. Supporting administrative tasks like tracking transitional service agreements (TSA’s), auditing personnel files, and preparing reports. Supporting immigration duties under the direction of the Immigration Lead. Ensuring the integrity and quality of the data in the HRIS and Talent Center case management systems. Managing transactions in the HRIS system including gathering the appropriate level of information to correctly input new starter, employee movement and termination transactions. Executing on HR processes including new hire onboarding experience from offer letter to start date. Contributing to the updating and expansion of Talent Center Documentation and case management system workflowQualifications Required and Preferred:
High School Diploma – Required
1-2 years of applicable experience at a high volume, fast-paced organization – Required
Ability to maintain confidentiality and show professional maturity with sensitive data - Required
Experience working in Microsoft Excel - Preferred
Familiarity with severance agreement related state laws and processing - Preferred
Experience with Workday - Preferred
Strong attention to detail - Preferred
Analytical mindset that can identify and solve problems - Preferred
Proven to be organized and task-oriented - Preferred
Interest in streamlining and improving processes by recommending improvements - Preferred
Technical Requirements:We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees.
