Golden Dragon Roofing is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to oversee and drive our market operations. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the owner to ensure that our services, products, and sales meet and exceed customer and industry expectations. You will be responsible for managing a sales team, sales, recruiting, training, and production, fostering a positive work environment, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Market Operations: Oversee all aspects of market operations including sales, recruiting, training, collaborating with the office staff, and following the procedures.

· Collaboration: Work closely with the owner to align services, products, and sales strategies with company goals.

· Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to sales representatives and office staff.

· Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of the branch through effective expense control.

· Recruitment: Actively participate in the recruitment, selection, orientation, training, coaching, and employee relations processes.

· Training Programs: Implement and coordinate training programs to promote team growth and development.

· Strategic Planning: Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company objectives.

· Quality Control: Oversee production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

· Customer Service: Maintain a keen focus on customer satisfaction and ensure customer service excellence.

· Performance Monitoring: Monitor all projects to ensure successful completion and customer satisfaction.

· Communication: Maintain timely communication with the company owner(s) regarding project performance.

· Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to forecast and plan quarterly sales strategies.

· Compliance: Enforce company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with local regulations.

· Problem Solving: Resolve customer and operational issues efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate should possess:

· Proven sales and sales management experience.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets.

· Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

· Ability to project sales, create goals, and achieve them.

· Ability to motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed goals.

· Problem-solving skills and strategic thinking capabilities.

· High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Management or a related field preferred.

· Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.

· Punctual, dependable, and reliable.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
