Construction Foreman for General Construction

We are seeking a construction foreman. Must have construction experience- including trade experience. This role is responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of construction workers and subcontractors, and completely basic construction tasks when necessary. They must ensure that the work is completed on time and to the specified quality standards. In addition to managing and scheduling subcontractors’ work, the construction foreman must coordinate material deliveries, communicate with the project manager and architects/designers, supervise safe equipment use, including jobsite cleanliness, and manage any issues that may arise.

Spanish speaking is preferred.
