Lead line cook/sous chef

Looking for someone that cares about their job, that cares about cleanliness and organization. Someone that LEADS a team without yelling or blaming people for their downfalls. Someone that can work with and earn respect from cooks that have been doing this a loooonnnnngggg time. Someone that stocks their station in between rushes and preps things instead of 86'ing them. I want a Rockstar cook thats looking to take the next step in their career. Someone that wants to learn from a seasoned chef and teach cooks on the come up. I'm looking for someone that can get their ass kicked all night and still do a good job cleaning.

Hours are 2-11 most days.

Pay is 24hr plus cash tips that usually add 2.5-3 dollars an hour in cash. There is also supplemental overtime each week.
