Here’s what you’ll do:

Prepare our authentic Italian dishes from scratch following the recipe to produce consistent results

Know and comply with standard cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen practices

Knowledgable in making pizza dough from scratch. Able to open dough and make pizza by hand.

Knowledgable in extensive Italian cuisine

Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

Familiar with cooking poultry, meat, fish, etc.

Able to cook meats at specific temperatures (rare, med-rare, med, med-well, well done)

Able to follow recipes consistently and present food to customers neatly.
