PART TIME PROPERTY MANAGER

Ormond Beach based property management company is seeking a part time agent to show rental homes from Mason Avenue to Route 100 in Palm Coast and no further west of Highridge Estates. Commission would be $200 when the lease is signed and $50.00 per showing on a single rental unit up to three showings, so the total commission could be $250.00 to $350.00 per lease. We give you the pre- screened tenants. Typically, we handle at least two leases per month.

Payment for other functions such as unit inspections, special projects, etc. add to monthly income. Requirements are that you must have a current Florida real estate license and live within 10 miles of Ormond Beach. If you do not meet this minimum criteria, please don't reply. Very flexible hours, no Sunday showings are required, but you can if you want.

No regular meetings to attend. Your license would be under our brokerage.
