Job DescriptionThe Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Workplace Experience Group (WXG) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health, stability, and long-term growth of the business.Job ResponsibilitiesThis role partners closely with the President & CEO of WXG, as well as the entirety of the executive team, to develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with our mission and long-term goals, and the maintenance and development of healthy client relationships. In this role, financial and strategical expertise is critical in establishing thorough financial policies and procedures that support operational excellence, efficient resource allocation, and transparent financial reporting for the business. The CFO regularly partners with executive leaders across WXG and within the larger organization of Aramark. The successful candidate will exemplify entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrate exceptional leadership in client negotiations, financial controls, and strategic planning. Job Responsibilities Support strategic planning process, partnering with all key functional, corporate, and line of business leadership and key stakeholders. Lead M&A integration efforts with new and existing partnerships. Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing consistent and detailed reports to the leadership team. Create metric driven financial models and proof points that support investment decisions enforcing economic expectations. Review and analyze, from a financial perspective, growth enablement, information technology, sales, marketing, and other internal WXG Initiatives. Deliver accurate, timely and meaningful financial reporting on a consistent basis; concisely communicating financial results, discussing the dynamics impacting financial performance, and contributing to a larger strategy to better leverage company resources. Facilitate and nurture healthy relationships with clients across the portfolio. Bachelor?s degree in accounting, Business, or Finance. MBA preferred.
15 years or more of progressive finance and business development experience.
The ability to effectively use deliberate influence strategies to impact, shape, or re-direct the behaviors of others, without formal authority.
Demonstrate exceptional, detailed, and proven negotiation skill.
Proven success in business growth; strong drive to produce results required.
In-depth knowledge of profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting skill required.
Prior experience leading and developing a substantial, decentralized team desired.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skill, strong written skill, and an ability to build relationships and foster consensus among executives in varying positions across the LOB.
Must demonstrate sound judgment and the ability to learn quickly while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Travel required 40%
Industry experience preferred (ex. Hospitality)
