Job Description:

As a Craft Beertender at Suds Monkey Brewery & Pizza Kitchen, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional experience to our customers, introducing them to our handcrafted brews, and helping them explore the world of craft beer. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.

Guiding guests through our diverse selection of craft beers, providing recommendations, and explaining the brewing process.

Tending to guests at the bar, taking and serving drink orders with efficiency and accuracy.

Maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Assisting in preparing and serving award-winning pizza.

Sharing your knowledge of beer styles, pairings, and brewing techniques with customers who are eager to learn.

Providing excellent customer service, ensuring each visit is memorable for our guests.

Requirements:

Passion for craft beer and a desire to expand your knowledge.

Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Basic knowledge of beer styles, brewing, and pairings is a plus, but not required.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Previous bartending or service industry experience is preferred but not required.

A Strong Sales Attitude Is A PLUS.
