Staffing Dispatcher Wanted

Pacesetter Personnel Services is looking for a reliable and trustworthy Labor Staffing Dispatcher to join our team in Central Austin.

PM Dispatcher Schedule: Monday-Friday 11 am-6 pm with rotating weekend hours as needed for special events.

Schedule Flexibility is a must. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities:

Paying out daily work tickets to workers

Attention to detail to watch for forgeries

Coordinate with van drivers to schedule job site staff drop off and pick up

Answer phones and respond to emails.

Enter new applicants into company software

Because of location and that we pay our workers daily we attract people who are often homeless or living in shelters. (Our employees are behind glass when handing out work tickets and paychecks)

Requirement:

Customer service oriented with the ability to diffuse difficult situations

Strong personality with the ability to work with a very diverse population

Some basic computer experience is a must

Ability to switch tasks quickly and keep a positive attitude

Reliable transportation

Must have a clean background check

Must pass a drug test

Reliable, must be able to work regularly without calling in

Spanish speaking a plus but not required.
