Maintenance Tech

The Maintenance Technician’s primary responsibility is ensuring the building office, common grounds and equipment are maintained in good working order and company grounds are properly maintained in accordance with company policies. The employee will also be responsible for the ordering and stocking maintenance supplies. Basic home repairs are also tasks that may need to be performed. Repairing a few items inside of mobile homes, picking up trash, using machinery, and basic bending, lifting, picking up.
