ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER POSITION:
Construction Company in Miami Gardens is seeking English and Spanish speaking experienced Administrative Assistant.
Ideal candidate will be highly efficient in Administrative Assistant, experienced in: typing, filing, answering the phone etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Assist the project manager in scheduling approved estimates
Assist the project manager in coordinating the on-site crew hours with our HR department
Assist the project manager in ordering material from various vendors
Assist the project manager in calling the fire department for various types of inspection
Attend to the project manager’s emails
Assist the project manager in customers’ issues as they arise
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and some Spanish
Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word and Excel)
Good typing skills
Good communication skills
Good organization skills
Good follow up skills
Benefits:
Medical Health Insurance available upon completing 3 months, employer pays 50% and employee pays 50%
Annual vacation 5 days upon completing one year with the company, it does not roll over to the following year
Sick leave 5 days upon completing 3 months with the company
Pay rate for this position between $16 – $18 per hour based on experience
Working hours for this position: 8 AM until 5 PM Monday through Friday
