Supervisor Full-time - Moanalua, OAHU

We have a full-time janitorial/maintenance supervisor opening. This position will be supervising cleaning and performing maintenance for a retail shopping center.

Requirements:

– Experience with light plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting.

– Create reports, send emails and communicate with customers.

– Supervisory experience.

– Hands-on attitude towards the work involved.

Schedule:

- Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri, 7a - 3:30p (may have to cover some 2 hr night shifts as needed).

- 40 hours a week.

Pay:

- $21/hr. Benefits including vacation, holidays, 401k.
