Janitorial/Maintenance Supervisor, full-time - Princeville, KAUAI

We have a full-time janitorial/maintenance supervisor opening in Princeville, KAUAI. This will be for cleaning and maintenance of a retail shopping center.

Candidate must have a valid drivers license, previous hands-on maintenance experience, light plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting experience is required. Must be comfortable with creating reports, sending emails, communicating with customers. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Pay range: $21-25/hr.

One-time $500 bonus will be paid upon completion of 90 days of employment
