Janitorial/Maintenance Supervisor (Princeville, KAUAI)

Hawaiian Building Maintenance has been providing quality service since 1957. We are one of the largest facility service providers in the State of Hawaii. We currently perform Janitorial Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC and Maintenance Services for numerous commercial, retail and residential properties on Oahu, Maui and Kauai. We have a full-time janitorial/maintenance supervisor opening in Princeville, Kauai. This will be for cleaning and maintenance of a retail shopping center.

Candidate must have a valid driver's license, previous hands-on maintenance experience, light plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting experience is required. Must be comfortable with creating reports, sending emails, communicating with customers. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Pay range: $21-25/hr.

One-time $500 bonus will be paid upon completion of 90 days of employment
