Handyman/Woman $25 an hour

I am looking for someone reliable and detail-oriented. I have a couple of office buildings that I own and my home that have periodic projects that need to be completed and more regular maintenance. One office is in Meridian and the other office and my home are in the Northend Boise. For consideration, I need to have some references to be able to call to get a feel of your work ethic and skills. A list of experiences or resumes will also be helpful. I will likely choose a couple of people and pay $20 an hour for a smaller project and then if you are selected, I will pay you $25 an hour from there on out. I need someone who can do general repairs, clean carpeting, yard work, etc. Having your own truck and tools are a plus.
