Client Operations Specialist

Client Operations Specialist (Citadel Securities Americas Services LLC - New York, NY); Multiple positions available. Offering a salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per year. Responsible for front to back onboarding of new and existing clients while maintaining continual client and internal stakeholder communication. Coordinate the KYC, Credit, Legal, and Account Opening requirements for all counterparties while ensuring that both onboarding and counterparty maintenance requests are completed within expected timeframes. Drive due diligence and/or periodic review efforts on existing counterparties to ensure identification of changes in risk profile, including reputational and operational risk factors. Support management in strategic initiatives as they relate to onboarding applications and other systems or processes. Effectively escalate utilizing risk and control framework. Capitalize on opportunities for efficiency and standardization on provided information, benchmarking to industry practices and adopting new tools where needed. Participate in system design, testing, and/or rollout. Manage requests and projects on an ad-hoc basis, supporting management in strategic initiatives as related to onboarding applications and other systems and processes.Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field and 5 years of experience in capital markets in securities. Education, training, or experience must include: Fixed income, equities, options, futures, and derivatives asset classes; Onboarding data sources and tools; Management information reporting and production and maintenance of metrics; Identifying and resolving system issues; Legal documentation including ISDA, CDEA, or similar; and Process creation and reengineering.
